Tabakspijp van klei met doetelvorm ketel, zonder hiel en rechte steel met knoop. Steel in hoogreliëf staande heilige Cornelius met mijter gekleed in een lange mantel. Ketel rechts in reliëf "H. CORNELIUS". Ketel links "IN CORNELIUS MUNSTER HAB ICH AN DICH GEDACHT UND DIR VON DORT DIESES ANDENKEN MITGEBRACHT".
