| Cahier in bruin kartonnen kaft met bruine gemarmerde buitenzijde waarin acht pagina's geschept papier met blindstempel op pagina 1 van zegel van 50 cent. In handschrift "REGLEMENT VOOR DE PIJPENFABRIJKANTEN BINNEN DE STAD GOUDA", bestaande uit 23 artikelen. Getekend te Gouda 28-08-1855 en voorzien van totaal 70 handtekeningen van fabrikanten waarvan er 55 geregistreerd zijn op 29-10-1856 en op de volgende pagina 15 nagekomen handtekeningen staan. In blauwe linnen stofcassette (1987). |
