| Persvorm van messing in twee delen voor tabakspijp met teruggeplaatste stijlkop ketel, hiel en s-vormig gebogen steel met knoop, zogenaamde leespijp. Ketel onderzijde in reliëf geopende vissenbek, steel achter de ketel over zeven centimeter vissenschubben bestaande uit ingeslagen schelpjes, steel links in reliëf oud modelnummer "NO. 18". Steeleind drie knopen. Vormhecht vijf ijzeren sluitpennen. Vormkast ketel ingeslagen modelnummer "178/1". |
