Description:

Turned wood splicing pipe with a cylindrical bowl fitted with a dome-shaped clamping lid with a high stem to blow in the air, a twisted stem at the bottom with a bud-shaped base as a moisture reservoir, the stem set in a knot midway through the stem on which a loose spout was slid. Rings of the lace in trunk and lid, brass reinforcement rings around the bowl, lid and moisture container. Bowl and lid lined internally with copper. Loose stem end with four holes on the side. Eight parts.
