| Formeel is Brem met de twee merken in overtreding. Aangezien hij met Claartje Ariens Fortuijn, zuster van Passchier Arijse Fortuin, was getrouwd was kennelijk in onderling overleg overeengekomen dat Brem de Fortuna als bijmerk mocht voeren opdat broer en zus samen van het renomme van het merk Fortuna konden profiteren. |
