Tabakswikkel van papier met tweemaal voorstelling van twee klompen met een slingerende lijn verbonden waarover schuins "ZILVEREN" en links boven "DE TWEE" en rechts onder "KLOMPJES", links overlangs "VAN NELLE'S", ertussen (en niet afbeleeld uiterst links) zelfde motief met overlangs "VAN NELLE'S MERK DE TWEE ZILVEREN KLOMPJES".
