Sigarenzakje van papier staand bedrukt in blauwe inkt met bovenaan in toogvorm opschrift "SIGARENFABRIEK EN TABAKSKERVERIJ HET WAPEN VAN BEVERWIJK", eronder het wapen van Beverwijk gehouden door twee staande figuren die een dekkleed ophouden, onder het wapen "GEBROEDERS MAJOOR BREESTRAAT TEGENOVER DE NIEUWSTEEG NO 305 BEVERWIJK", aan de basis drukkerssignatuur "JAN L.C. KOTTING & CO AMST.", rechtsonder in potlood "VÒÒR 1900".
