Sigarenzakje van papier met preegdruk in wit van bosje tabaksbladeren, staande bedrukt in blauwe inkt bovenaan rechts "SIGAREN-MAGAZIJN DE "TABAKSPLANT" (onderstreept)", links een bloeiende tabaksplant met aan de onderkant over de plant in tekstschild "A.H. SCHILPEROORT", buiten het tekstschild rechts ontwerperssignatuur "ORIGINAL GES.", aan de basis "DORPSTRAAT 148 APELDOORN.". Keerzijde liggend bedrukt bovenaan "SPECIALITEIT IN HAVANA-SIGAREN (onderstreept) EN ECHTE RUSSISCHE, EGYPTISCHE EN TURKSCHE SIGARETTEN.", overlangs links drukkerssignatuur "B.S. VAN KLOETEN, LEIDEN."
