Tabakspijp van klei met figurale ketel, zonder hiel met oplopende steel verwijdend tot manchet. Ketel hoofd man met snor en hoed met brede rand en pluim links, hoedrand links in reliëf "NSWL". Steel intaglio links "RD. NO. 355559". Oorspronkelijk caoutchouc roer met houten schijfje bij de manchet.
