Persvorm van messing in twee delen voor tabakspijp met ovale ketel, lofvormige spoor en rechte steel met manchet. Ketel overgang naar steel in hoogreliëf liggende leeuw. Steel in reliëf stippen. Vormhecht drie ijzeren sluitpennen.
