| Persvorm van messing in twee delen voor tabakspijp met beker ketel, zonder hiel en rechte steel met knoop. Ketel links gegraveerd bloem met rondom "V. BALMA AMSTERDAM", ketel rechts "TABAKSFABRIEK P.H. KADE" rond het cijfer 34. Kroon twee ijzeren stuurpennen, stopperplaat van ijzer. Vormhecht vijf ijzeren sluitpennen. Vormkast ketel ingeslagen modelnummer "113/3". |
