| Persvorm van messing in twee delen voor shagpijp met ketel tussen beker en ovaal, hielmarkering en rechte steel met knoop. Steel in reliëf uit twee banden vier platte lobben met een geruwd oppervlak, parelranden ertussen, waarvan er twee op de vormnaden. Hielmarkering door drie bolletjes. Vormhecht vier ijzeren sluitpennen. Vormkast ketel ingeslagen modelnummer "198/1", oud ingekrast modelnummer "253". |
