| Persvorm van messing in twee delen voor shagpijp met cilindrische ketel, zonder hiel en oplopende steel met gladde manchet. Onversierd. Steel zeshoekig en eindigt met ronde bogen aan de ketelbasis. Steel dichtgesoldeerd links "St. OMER 1007" (1007, 1097 of 1697) en rondom de manchetband. Vormhecht vier ijzeren sluitpennen. Vormkast manchetopening ingeslagen modelnummer "497/1". |
