| Persvorm van messing in twee delen voor shagpijp met ovale ketel, hielmarkering en rechte steel met knoop. Ketel overeenkomstig zeskantige vrucht met geruwde vlakken, gehouden door een viertal gekartelde bladeren aan de onderzijde, twee platte aan de zijkanten van de ketel en twee omgekrulde op de vormnaden. Hiel druiventrosje. Steel rechts ingeslagen modelnummer "630". Vormhecht zeven ijzeren sluitpennen. Vormkast ketel ingeslagen modelnummer "500/1". |
