Description :
| Tabakspijp van klei met knoopbilliard ketel, knophiel en rechte steel. Ketel links in reliëf een vertrek met centraal een tafel waarachter drie personen, ter weerszijden twee personen, de buitenste bij een rad, onder de grondlijn zakken met geld op loten of waardepapier. Ketel rechts Fortuna tussen eikentakken. Ketelnaden blaadjes. Steel band met schelpjes met in een parellijst links "S(TAATS LOTERIJ ?)" en rechts "(HET FORTUI)N". |

Commentaire
| Ketelinhoud 10 ml. De Nederlandsche Staatsloterij werd in 1848 ingesteld als hervorming van de Generaliteitsloterij die tot 1726 terugvoerde. Deze kleipijp waarschijnlijk gemaakt bij het 25-jarige of 30-jarige bestaan van de nieuwe loterij, of 150-jarige bestaan van de loterij in het algemeen. |
