Commentaire
| Algemeen wordt aangenomen dat het merk "ROYAL DUTCH" door Gubbels is aangenomen toen zij het predicaat Koninklijk kregen. Deze pijp bewijst echter dat dat merk al eerder gebruikt werd voor pijpen die geschikt waren voor de souvenir-branche. Het molentje op het roer verwijst ook naar die doelgroep. |
