Sigarenzakje van papier staand bedrukt in blauwe inkt met centraal een bloeiende tabaksplant in rechthoekige omlijsting met bovenaan Mercuriusstaf en drietand, langs de onderrand tabaksproducten met links een sterk gestileerde kanaster mand en rechts een cilindrisch tabaksvat, op de pilnt "DE TABAKSPLANT" en eronder "W.H. WEERS TABAK, SIGAREN, KOFFIE, THEE ENZ FERDINAND BOLSTRAAT NO. 23 AMSTERDAM" langs de onderrand drukkerssignatuur "JACOB L. SNOEK, AMST.".
