Sigarenzakje van papier staand bedrukt in roodbruine inkt in een rechthoekige ornamentlijst bovenaan "COÖPERATIEVE WINKELVEREENIGING, VROEGER VAN HET DISTRICT 'S-GRAVENHAGE DER VEREENIGING "EIGEN HULP" PRINSESTRAAT 11 TELEFOON No 3719", onderhelft "AFDEELING: C. SIGAREN, SIGARETTEN, TABAK, PIJPEN ENZ. VERKRIJGBAAR IN HET HOOFDGEBOUW EN IN ALLE DÉPOTS EN FILIALEN", met aan de basis "1914". Keerzijde in roodbruine inkt in rechthoekige lijst met bovenaan rechthoekig sigarenblikje met schuins "SALON SIGAARTJES" over de landkaart van Nederland en rechtsonder zegel met tekst met buitenring "HANDELSKAMER VAN ..." en binnenring "INKOOP BUREAU VOOR DE .......", onder het blikje "PRIJS PER BLIKJE VAN 20 STUKS ƒ 0, 50" en onderaan "NEEMT PROEF!!", onderlangs drukkerssignatuur "J.
