Description:

Opium pipe made of black buffalo horn with tube shape consisting of five segments of turned horn with concentric rings, stem ends silver rings with relief coloured with enamel, ivory end piece and mouthpiece. Silver saddle with holder for the pipe bowl, the saddle the shape of a stylized musical instrument with an engraved series of strings, along the base two horizontal ornament edges and two legs on which stylized animals, the bowl holder undecorated. Stem end engraved "LA PERLE NOIRE" (the black pearl).
