Description:

Window display or presentation pipe made of clay with figural bowl, figural bottom and up going stem with stub. Bowl bust of a woman with medium length hair, on the head a metal headpiece with drooping feathers on a pleated fabric under hat, decorated with string beads and rosettes, on the forehead an ornament, dressed in an exuberantly decorated armor consisting of breaststrokes and shoulder pieces, all decorated with geometric motifs, around the neck on the harness a chain with a pendant. Bowl bottom lizard-like monster with bumps and wings with feathers, the opened beak forms the stub. Bottom along the edge of the bust embossed name of the sculptor "OSMOND SCULPR." and intaglio rectangular shield with "DUTEL FT. A PARIS".
