| Persvorm van messing in twee delen voor tabakspijp met izabé ketel, hiel en rechte steel met knoop. Ketel in reliëf overlangs fijne ribben. Steel direct achter de ketel over 1,5 cemtimeter een band schelpjes. Kroon drie stuurpennen. Vormhecht vier sluitpennen, één pen verzet. Vormkast ketel ingeslagen modelnummer "61/1" over een oud ingekrast modelnummer "213", op kast bij ketelopening ingeslagen "1". |
