Zeepvorm van gips in drie delen voor holwandige tabakspijp met figurale ketel, zonder hiel en oplopende insteeksteel voor hoekig busje. Ketel paardenkop de manen naar links. Vormhecht drie sleutels en een half bolletje. Vormkast bovenzijde intaglio modelnummer "884".
