Description:

Opium damper made of stoneware with flat cylindrical bowl, slightly curved upper side, wide vertical outer edge and slightly curved underside with stub. Top incised and filled in with gray-white stoneware on the right a carp, under leaf motifs and left above three Chinese characters, a second carp in brown-gray left below, surface polished with high-gloss. Damper underside two groups with stamped Chinese character marks. Bowl holder with stem of brass.
