Ontwerptekening op karton met waterverf in blauwtinten voor een gelegenheidsschotel of bord met centraal op het plat een bloeiende tabaksplant waaraan twee wapenschilden hangen, langs de rand tabaksbladeren met bovenaan in schoonschrift "LEENDERT TE GROEN" en onderlangs "1900-31 AUG. - 1950". Linker onderhoek inktstempel "GOEDEWAAGEN'S KONINKLIJKE PIJPEN- EN AARDEWERKFABR. N.V.", rechter onderhoek "37 CM", rechter bovenhoek in rood "10". Keerzijde blanco.
