Description:

Tabakspijp van shakudo en goud met kiseru model met trechtervormige ketel over in een cilindrische steelmanchet waarin een bamboe roer, het mondstuk eenzelfde cilindrische aanzet met licht trompetvormig mondstuk. Oppervlak van beide huizen als geruwd leer, steel rechts tweemaal drie stippen in goud, de ketel en het steeleind eveneens van goud.

Catalogustekst: TWO SHAKUDŌ AND GOLD KISERU (PIPES) AND A SHAKUDŌ AND SILVER KISERU (PIPE) Meiji (1868-1912) or Taisho (1912-1926) era, late 19th/ 20th century. A shakudō and bamboo pipe worked on the surface to resemble tooled leather with three buttons in flush-inlaid gold, the bowl and mouthpiece gold.
