Description:

Tobacco pipe of clay with so-called bomkop with large oval Gouda bowl, heel and stem wound to a single curl and knob nozzle. Bowl opening milling. Heel right side mark Gouda coat of arms. Bowl traces of multi-coloured painting in simple geometric patterns. Matching pipe cap or spark cover made of braided brass wire with retaining chain and stem ring.

Beschildering lijkt door een kind te zijn gedaan maar heeft wel leeftijd. Gaat het hier om een met waterverf opgeschilderde pijp bestemd voor opa?
