Description:

Tobacco pipe made of earthenware with cylindrical tapered bowl on weighted bottom, round base without heel and up going stem with stub. Fully cased in brass mount that follows the original stamped decoration of the earthenware pipe bowl with ornaments on a granulated fond. Bowl bottom intaglio "MAROT PALAIS ROYAL". Matching long wooden stem with twisted ivory mouthpiece in two parts decorated with constricted rings.
