Tickets

Tickets are sold online or at the counter.
If you go to the museum unannounced, you can make a reservation on the spot. If possible, i.e. when there are few or no other visitors, you can gain entry within a minute, otherwise a wait of 10 to 30 minutes is possible. You can also call to make a reservation: call +31-(0)20-4211779.

Buying tickets online is possible via the blue button. There you simultaneously reserve a time block as the start time of your visit.
Reserving a time slot online for free admission (Museum card, etc.) is not possible. In that case: call or email the museum.

Please note: a ticket is only valid in the specified time slot.

A maximum of 4 visitors or families are allowed per time slot.

It is also possible to book an exclusive visit with a reception by the collector, where you can comfortably look at the collection while enjoying coffee or tea and listen to the explanation of the collector.

Access only with advance reservation

Book your museum visit on the desired date and time slot. You can do this by telephone: +31-(0)20-4211779. This is the only way we can spread the visit well and guarantee the maximum number of visitors, for a safe and pleasant visit. Stick to the start time of your visit and pay for your visit online.

Maximum number of visitors

To ensure that everyone can keep one and a half meters away, a total of 4 people or families are allowed in the museum at the same time.

Visit the museum alone, with your partner and/or your own children

Only people who run a joint household are allowed to go to the museum together, in each other's company (without keeping 1.5 meters away), such as a family, partners or roommates.

Hygiene measures

The museum is regularly cleaned. The obligation to wear a face mask no longer applies from June 26, 2021.

Follow the route in the museum and keep 1,5 meters away.

Inside, follow the guide's instructions and directions from other museum staff. Stay together in the museum as a company or family and keep 1.5 meters away from other visitors.

Stay home with cold or flu symptoms

Do not come to the museum if you have complaints such as coughing, sneezing, muscle pain, shortness of breath and fever. Another time you are very welcome and your ticket is online to book up to 24 hours before planned visit.
